Abstract :
Keeping birds is a hobby and a commercial activity for some people in Indonesia, especially chirping birds and ornamental birds. The problem that is often encountered by bird hobbyists is the death of birds due to late feeding and drinking problems, bird owners do not always control the state of bird feed directly, so birds die of hunger and thirst. The purpose of this research is to make a tool using a prototype method that can control the availability of feed and drink for birds. This research user Arduino uno tools and materials, mcu nodes, servo motors, water pumps, infrared sensors, water level sensors, relays, nd Telegram applications. The performance of Arduinouno and Node mcu esp 8266 as a microcontroller and wifi module works well, but this tool system depends on the network, on the infrared sensor, water level sensor, servo motor, water pump and telegram application at the time of testing 15 times with the amount of data and distance different result resulted in the largest throughput value in the 8th test, which was 94,649 Kbps, and the testing 15 times with different distance and amouns of data, the resulting value are different the biggest delay is 0.132413s and the smallest delay value is 0.035637 which means a very good category because <150ms.
