Abstract :
To assist a company in improving quality to the point it wants to achieve, it is necessary to calculate the company's performance indicators or Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This has been done by one of the telecommunications service companies in Indonesia, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) tbk, which is implemented in measuring the performance of new installations (PSB) as a benchmark for improving the quality of installations or Business Intelligence. The Telecommunications Area or abbreviated as Witel which is in Makassar (Regional Division VII) performs these calculations, has not used dashboard technology as a visualization of KPIs. The calculation system is also still done manually, so it is prone to errors that can affect the KPI results. Therefore, the author conducts research to develop a web-based application as an automation of KPI calculations and visualizations that are built using Laravel as a framework, and MySQL as a database with the Rapid Application Development method. Because the time policy given is quite short, with the RAD method researchers can carry out development quickly without missing the agreed system requirements. The result of this research is the dashboard as a visualization of KPI along with a web-based calculation system that helps the management and employees of Witel Makassar.
