Abstract :
During the 2019/2020 General Election, the Telkom Institut of Technology Purwokerto BEM created an e-voting application called node to help run the General Election activities more quickly, efficiently, accurately, and reduce paper use (paperless). But the problem is that the application has not been tested so that the application does not meet the usability testing. The usability testing method used in this study is the USE questionnaire method (USEFULNESS, SATISFACTION, AND EASE OF USE). This study aims to determine whether the usability value of the tested e-voting applications is in accordance with usability standards on a website. The results of the study obtained a USE score of 4.8 for user fullness, 4.24 for Ease of Use, 4.18 for Ease of Learning and 4.22 for Satisfaction results and the overall average score was 4.24. This study also obtained an overall time efficiency average of 0.09 seconds and an overall relative efficiency average of 98.91%.
