Abstract :
Builders are one of the important factors that play a role in determining the quality of a building. The difficulty that is often faced by customers when looking for a handyman is the incompatibility of the human resources needed with existing projects. According to a survey recorded by Databoks in 2016, the penetration of internet users in Indonesia was 132.7 million, which means that 51.5% of the Indonesian population already has internet access. Based on the survey results, as many as 98.9% of them use the internet to make transactions for goods and services. Seeing the high number of internet users in Indonesia, a mobile application to find a handyman is one solution to the problem of finding a handyman for home repairs. Based on existing surveys, the criteria that respondents want if there is an online handyman search service is that the handyman has a trustworthy reputation. Based on a research survey, the way respondents choose a handyman to hire is due to the trust in someone's recommender that the recommended handyman has a good reputation. Meanwhile, based on a research survey conducted on builders, they are quite capable of using the internet, as evidenced by the results of a research survey that artisans in Indonesia have Whatsapp, Facebook, and even Instagram accounts. Over time, a system development method emerged to assist developers in developing a structured system, including the kanban development method that was able to develop software systems. In this research, an android-based handyman search application will be made using the Kanban framework. Keywords: Builder, Dart, Flutter, Kanban Framework
