Abstract :
Cooperative is an organization that has activities to carry out business in the field of meeting common needs and taking part in the achievement of economic life. However, there are factors that inhibit cooperatives from the institutional side of cooperatives which are divided into internal problems and external problems. Internal problems include the condition of members, cooperative management, and cooperative supervisors who still require capacity development and financial transparency. External problems include the lack of facilities that attract people's attention and trust in cooperatives. This problem is faced by the Yasmin Fatayat NU Purbalingga Cooperative. The needs were discussed through a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) regarding the creation of applications that can solve internal and external problems by building a business marketplace, a place to buy and sell products for cooperative members. This application will involve cooperative members as consumers and cooperative members who have SMEs as agents and/or suppliers of cooperatives. This study aims to solve this problem by creating an application in the form of a marketplace called the Fatayat Dodolan Association (AFDOL). The method used is Agile Kanban as a software development lifecycle of application development and Blackbox Testing as a functional test. This study resulted in two AFDOL applications, namely for members and agents of cooperatives. Another result is the presentation of data in the form of Cumulative Flow Diagrams, Cycle Time, and Throughput. In addition, this study resulted in the AFDOL application being feasible to use based on the results of the testing carried out. Keywords: agile kanban, android, mobile, cooperative, and umkm.
