Abstract :
The Integrated Health Information System (SIKAT) is an information system in the form of a website that is used to assist the process of running health services at the Kutabumi Health Center, one of which is data entry in the field of patient registration. However, in its implementation, problems were found in the form of budget allocations that were not good for IT infrastructure development, the work process in the field of patient registration found a buildup of queues that made the flow of services hampered, the lack of user enthusiasm in using SIKAT, and the absence of a mandate from the leadership that required it to be implemented. use BRUSH. This study aims to analyze the obstacles, analyze the results of the barriers and formulate recommendations for the results of the analysis of barriers to the implementation of the Integrated Health Information System (SIKAT) website related to the phenomena that have been identified. Based on this, it is necessary to analyze the system implementation barrier which is expected to provide a description of the condition of the existing system management and provide recommendations to produce information from an appropriate system, in order to achieve the goals set by the Kutabumi Health Center. This research method uses a barrier analysis approach to technology/innovation implementation with dimensions of organizational inertia, habitual routine and human resources, and poor readiness (financial & human resources). The analysis in this study uses chi square analysis and contingency coefficients. The results showed that poor readiness factors (readiness of financial factors), and habitual routine and human resources (habits), were inhibiting factors for the implementation of SIKAT at the Kutabumi Health Center.
