Abstract :
A good and quality higher education institution is a great hope for every university, one of which is the Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP). Efforts are being made to look at the compatibility between higher education providers and higher education standards. This is pursued through an activity called Audit Mutu Internal or abbreviated as AMI. This activity is a systematic, independent and documented testing process as a controller of the accuracy of the implementation of activities and guaranteeing the results in accordance with the standards that have been set. The problem is that AMI activities are carried out in an unsystematic manner, as a result, audit documentation and the monitoring process for improvements are said to be not good. Therefore, researchers developed an AMI information system in order to increase the effectiveness of these activities. The development of this system is carried out using an agile method approach, especially the Scrum method. In addition, the technology used in the development is PHP Laravel and adminLTE templates. After the development is complete, the system is tested using black-box, white-box and usability testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of the black-box test show that the system has been running according to its function. The results of the white-box test show that the design, structure and code of the program are well written. While the SUS test resulted in an average score of 60.17 (sixty point seventeen), in which the Acceptability Range was in the low marginal position, the Value Scale was in the D position and the Adjective Ranking was in the OK position. The development of this system can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of AMI activities at ITTP. In addition, every audit document and audit temuan can be well documented.
