Abstract :
Guitar, who is not familiar to this one instrument? Almost all young men be fond playing this instrument, girls also love to play it. Guitar center was the one of the facilities that we rarely see, whereas the number of people who love play the instrument it takes a containers to facilitate. Located on Ir. Haji Juanda street which is the one of gathering place for teenagers, this location is over the functions of the shopping center into a guitar center. The problem that stand out is guitar center was unity of various kind facilities which supports the guitar player, it would require a common thread in the design section in order to create a continuity between the space. The method used to answer the problem is to collect data and then analyze the data and design with systematic way so that we meet a design that can comply needs each space. From the analysis it was concluded that the guitar center must be able to meet the needs of its visitors which means therein shall have the following faciliti es; studio music, guitar shop, guitar galleries, and places to hang-out.Applying the concept of harmony and unity is intended to provide alignment between the container and the contents became the goal of design that will be created, with a mix of geometric and organic shapes and use the patterns form of acoustic guitar as a basic idea of the design to be designed.
