Abstract :
Bandung area was chosen as the design location of Hotels and Resorts. It is considered that the Bandung region still has a unique tourist charm that can spoil tourists. Besides this, the attraction of Bandung is a magnet for foreign tourists to travel, because this city is a beautiful city neatly arranged complete with culinary and shopping tours, and the suburban area of Bandung city has beautiful nature, typical of countryside in mountainous areas with cool air and fantastic scenery. Because of the large interest of local and foreign tourists to travel in Indonesia this needs to be balanced with the provision of adequate accommodation. Accommodation service providers continue to compete in creating the best accommodation that can cover all the activities of the tour. Underlying it for the purpose of having fun, therefore, tourism service providers facilitate it by building a Hotel & Resort. Hal tersebut dianggap kawasan Bandung masih memiliki pesona wisata yang unik yang dapat memanjakan para wisatawan. Selain ini daya tarik kota Bandung merupakan magnet bagi turis mancanegara untuk berwisata, karena kota ini merupakan kota cantik yang tertata rapi lengkap dengan wisata kuliner dan belanja, dan daerah sub urban kota Bandung memiliki alam yang asri, khas pedesaan di daerah pegunungan dengan udara yang sejuk dan pemandangan yang fantastis. Karena besarnya minat para turis local maupun mancanegara untuk berwisata di Indonesia hal tersebut perlu diimbangi dengan penyediaan akomodasi yang memadai. Para penyedia jasa akomodasi terus berlomba-lomba dalam menciptakan akomodasi terbaik yang dapat mengcover segala aktifitas para wisatanya. Mendasari dengan tujuan untuk bersenang-senang oleh sebab itu para penyedia jasa wisata memfasilitasinya dengan membagun sebuah Hotel & Resort.
