Abstract :
In a manufacturing industry a quality product is one of the most important parts. Currently there are many companies engaged in the field of printing packaging drugs and food. Packaging is one factor that is very important because of its function and usefulness in improving the product quality and selling power of a drug. The level of competition in the field of industry increasingly tight, it encourages PT.Induksarana Kemasindo to develop new products as well as to improve the quality of existing products. One of the new products that will be developed with Quality Function Methode by PT. Induksarana Kemasindo is a type of Polynium strip packaging. From HoQ Level 1 found that the quality of raw materials is the Technical Requirement with the main priority. Then re-done next analysis to HoQ Level 2 to look for Process Requirement and Jumbo Laminate Inspection after curing becomes the top priority. From the analysis result HoQ 2 analysis proceed to HoQ 3 that is Quality Procedure and found that Training refreshment procedure once every 6 months become the main priority that can be developed by company, From HoQ Level 4, namely Process planning procedures and get that Every process must have a written report and become the top priority. Saat ini telah banyak perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang percetakan kemasan obat dan makanan. Pengemasan merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting karena fungsi dan kegunaannya dalam meningkatkan mutu produk dan daya jual dari sebuah obat. Tingkat persaingan didalam bidang industry semakin ketat, hal tersebut mendorong PT.Induksarana Kemasindo untuk mengembangkan produk baru maupun untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk yang sudah ada. Salah satu produk baru yang akan dikembangkan oleh PT.Induksarana Kemasindo dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment adalah jenis kemasan strip Polynium. Dari HoQ Level 1 didapat bahwa kualitas bahan baku adalah yang menjadi Technical Requirement dengan prioritas utama. Kemudian dilakukan kembali analisa selanjutnya ke HoQ Level 2 untuk mencari Process Requirement dan Inspeksi Jumbo Laminasi setelah curing menjadi prioritas utama. Dari hasil analisa HoQ 2 analisa dilanjutkan ke HoQ 3 yaitu Quality Procedure dan didapatkan bahwa Training refreshment prosedur 6 bulan sekali menjadi prioritas utama yang dapat dikembangkan oleh perusahaan.Dari HoQ Level 4 yaitu Process planning procedures dan di dapatkan bahwa Setiap proses diharuskan ada laporan tertulis dan menjadi prioritas utama.
