Abstract :
job satisfaction is very important for the company, in order to achieve company goals it is necessary to pay attention to the emotional intelligence and work stress of the work environment. When employees feel satisfaction in working, the employee will carry out and finish the job well. This research took place in PDAM Tirta Mulia Pemalang Regency, the research data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 65 employees using the proportionate random sampling method. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) techniques. The results of this study state the positive influence of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, the positive influence of work stress on job satisfaction and the positive influence of the work environment on job satisfaction

Ketika karyawan merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja maka karyawan akan melaksanakan dan menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan baik. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di PDAM Tirta Mulia Kabupaten pemalang, data penelitian diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 65 karyawan dengan menggunakan metode proportionate random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan pengaruh positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh positif stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan pengaruh positif lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja.
