Abstract :
This research to test the influence of the disclosure of intellectual assets and intellectual liabilites against roe. The study is done at the country banking sector companies listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research using a technique linear regression and the worship of idols to test data research with the software spss 20 . The results of the analysis to model this indicates that simultaneously, the disclosure of intellectual assets and intellectual liabilites against roe. While the testing in full shows that the disclosure of intellectual assets variable influence significant compliance of its roe and give a positive response to the disclosure of variable intellectual liabilites have a negative influence against compliance roe. This means that roe influenced by the disclosure of intellectual intellectual assets and liabilities . Keywords: Intellectual Asset, Intellual Liabilities and ROE Penelitian ini untuk menguji Pengaruh Pengungkapan Intelektual Aset dan Intelektual Liabilites terhadap ROE. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan Sektor Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk menguji data penelitian dengan software SPSS 20. Hasil analisis untuk model ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, Pengungkapan Intelektual Aset dan Intelektual Liabilites terhadap ROE. Sedangkan hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengungkapan Intelektual Aset berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap kepatuhan Roe dan variabel Pengungkapan Intelektual Liabilites berpengaruh Negatif tehadap kepatuhan ROE. Hal ini berarti bahwa ROE dipengaruhi oleh Pengungkapan Intelektual Aset dan Intelektual Liabilities. Kata kunci : Intelektual Aset, Intelektual Liabilities dan ROE.
