Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of current ratio (CR), return on equity (ROE), total asset turnover (TATO), dan price earning ratio (PER) on stock price (studies in company sub sector construction and buildings listed on the BEI 2013-2017). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study were 8 construction and buildings companies that met the criteria. In testing the hypothesis, the authors use the t test for the partial hypothesis. The result showed current ratio (CR) variable has no significant effect on the stock price, and return on equity (ROE) variable has no significant effect on the stock price. But total asset turnover (TATO) variable has no significant on the stock price and price earning ratio (PER) variable has positive and significant effect on the stock price on company sub sector construction and buildings listed on the BEI 2013-2017. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 8 perusahaan konstruksi dan bangunan yang memenuhi kriteria. Dalam melakukan pengujian hipotesis, penulis menggunakan uji t untuk hipotesis parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel current ratio (CR) yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dan variabel return on equity (ROE) yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan variabel total asset turnover (TATO) yang tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, dan price earning ratio (PER) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2013-2017.
