Abstract :
Employee performance assessment is an activity carried out by PT. Persada Sokka Tama to maintain the quality of workers in the company. However, the company has trouble with the employee performance assessment process due to the fact that the system prepared by the head office has different workflows and ranges that are unsuitable for PT. Persada Sokka Tama's needs. Besides, the assessment methods used by PT Persada Sokka Tama and the head office are also different. Because of that, the writer created a website-based employee performance assessment application and system using the balanced scorecard method so that it would be suitable to the company's needs and make it easier for the company to achieve its target and goal. The development method used in this research is extreme programming. The testing methods are Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The result of blackbox testing for all of scenario testing have 100% succes rate and the result of costumer feedback has 96%. Therefore, the performance assessment system application is proper to use and able to help the employee performance assessment in PT. Persada Sokka Tama.
