Good container arrangements and safekeeping and direct loading rules
ensure the safety of the cargo itself, but in fact all things related to container
loading, arrangement, and security containers on board are sometimes
incompatible with ship rules and abilities, many firms Cruises in Indonesia that
have poor management, especially container vessels impose their ships to contain
containers more than their capabilities and constructions.
MV. MADISON is one of the vessels of container vessels carrying more
than container capacity, this is due to the order of the ship owner's company to
force it, so there is a compulsion in loading, either from the side of the ship As
carrier of the cargo and the ship itself as carrier means of transport. Because of
this the ship's side seeks to make a change and assess the condition so that the
vessel operates to deliver the cargo by adding cargo safety equipment and
arranging and arranging the cargo in such a manner as the maximum condition of
the vessel. Although the vessel operates safely and in loading conditions
exceeding the load space capacity, however, this is an incorrect way in accordance
with the principles of loading.
All of these are aimed at expanding ship operators and supporting
enterprise performance in order not to reprimand consumers, as well as to make
the crew performance better.
