Abstract :
Wahyu Hidayat, 49124368 N, 2016, "Incident Cause Analysis Bulk Cargo Delays Demolition of Coal in Power Plant Moelaboh Aceh", Diploma IV, Nautical, Cruise Sciences Polytechnic Semarang, Central Library (I) Capt. Samsul Huda, MM, M.Mar. (II) Vega Fonsula Andromeda, S.St, S.pd, M.Hum Delays during the unloading process is very undesirable things anyone can do much harm because the start of the company and the owner of the cargo. As happened in the MV. Lumoso Surya, the existence of problems in loading and unloading equipment is the most influential in the smooth process of unloading cargo on board, as the treatment for loading and unloading equipment is necessary to note, that by doing maintenance and repair and the use of loading and unloading equipment in accordance with the procedures of use the correct guidance instruction manual book. The method used in this study were researchers in bringing qualitative methods to generate descriptive data for showing and describe the object under study. The researchers used USG data analysis techniques (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) to determine the issue a top priority in the unloading delays until a solution can be found. Will be clearly disclosed in accordance with the reality experienced by the author about the delay factor that occurred above the unloading of MV Surya Lumoso. The author will discuss what factors are causing delays in the process of unloading and searching for the highest priority on the issue of the demolition delay. after the author will discuss and give some suggestions that are expected to provide benefits for the reader to improvements in addressing the problem of delays unloading Keyword: delay, (USG) metode, maintenance
