Abstract :
ABSTRAK Sisa material (waste) dapat diartikan sebagai segala jenis material yang berasal dari bagian alam di bumi yang dipindahkan, diolah ke suatu tempat untuk kemudian digunakan pada proses konstruksi baik pada suatu lokasi atau antar lokasi dengan berbagai kemungkinan yang dapat timbul antara lain kerusakan, kelebihan, tidak terpakai, tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi atau hasil dari proses konstruksi. Waste material terjadi pada semua jenis pekerjaan pada proyek konstruksi salah satunya pada pekerjaan struktur bangunan. Struktur bangunan adalah pekerjaan inti bangunan atau rangka dari bangunan itu sendiri. Hasil analisis diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi pengadaan material pembesian struktur gedung sekaligus optimalisasi penggunaan material pada sebuah proyek konstruksi. Kata kunci : Waste, Material, Struktur, Biaya, Analisis ABSTRACT Remaining material (waste) can be interpreted as all types of material originating from natural parts of the earth that are moved, processed to a place and then used in the construction process either at one location or between locations with various possibilities that can arise, including damage, excess, unused, not in accordance with specifications or results of the construction process. Waste material occurs in all types of work on construction projects, one of which is building structure work. The building structure is the core work of the building or the frame of the building itself. The results of the analysis are expected to provide information on the procurement of materials for strengthening building structures as well as optimizing the use of materials in a construction project.
