Abstract :
Abstract Occupational health and safety is an important factor to protect every worker involved in a project. 80% of work accidents are caused by unsafe acts without implementing the applicable SMK3. The application of SMK3 also needs to be carried out when casting reinforced concrete floor slabs. The research method used in this research is descriptive observational, namely research by collecting primary data and secondary data. The purpose of this study was to conduct interviews and observe the implementation of SMK3 on reinforced concrete floor slab casting workers on the Umalas Signature project. The results showed that the method of implementing the floor slab work consisted of scaffolding work, formwork work, iron work, casting work and concrete maintenance. The method of implementing SMK3 that is carried out is still lacking, namely the lack of a P2K3 committee, the lack of use of PPE for workers when working and the absence of installation of signs regarding K3 in the project environment. However, there are some that have been implemented, such as identification of hazards and promotion of K3 (morning safety) for workers. The conclusion of the research is that the method of implementing the concrete floor slab is still not in accordance with SNI and the implementation of SMK3 is still not implemented. Keywords : SMK3, Plate Floor, Concrete, SNI Abstrak Keselamatan kesehatan kerja merupakan faktor penting untuk melindungi setiap ternaga kerja yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek. Kecelakaan kerja 80% disebabkan oleh perbuatan yang tidak aman (unsafe act) tanpa menerapkan SMK3 yang berlaku. Penerapan SMK3 juga perlu dilakukan saat pelaksanaan pengecoran plat lantai beton bertulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional yaitu penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan wawancara serta observasi penerapan SMK3 pada pekerja pengecoran plat lantai beton bertulang pada proyek Umalas Signature. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode pelaksaanaa pekerjaan plat lantai terdiri dari pekerjaan perancah, Pekerjaan bekisting, pekerjaan pembesian, pekerjaan pengecoran dan perawatan beton. Metode penerapan SMK3 yang dilakukan masih kurang yaitu tidak terbentuknya panitia P2K3, kurangnya penggunaan APD pada pekerja saat bekerjaa serta tidak adanya pemasangan rambu-rambu mengenai K3 di lingkungan proyek. Namun ada beberapa yang sudah diterapkan seperti adanya identifikasi bahaya dan promosi K3 (morning safety) pada pekerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu metode pelaksanaan plat lantai beton masih belum sesuai SNI serta masih kurang terlaksana penerapan SMK3. Kata Kunci : SMK3, Plat Lantai, Beton, SNI
