Abstract :
This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous implications of the reward and punishment system on employee performance at Aksari Resort Ubud.The population and sample used in this study are all employees of Aksari Resort Ubud, totaling 55 people as research respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census sampling). Data collection is done using interview, observation and questionnaire methods. Then continued with statistical methods to test the hypothesis, namely with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that the reward and punishment system simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the reward and punishment system partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it can be seen that the
reward variable has a more dominant influence on employee performance compared to punishment.
