Abstract :
There are requirements for the speed of construction projects and technology development. Building materials cause manufacturers of materials to compete for innovation, this can speed up the development process. In this case, the concept of the material used for house wall installation continues to grow with the need to achieve cost, time, and quality of construction that is effective and efficient. There is innovation of new colors for light brick wall decoration is very positive for the construction industry. The purpose of this study was to compare the cost and time of wall work in residential construction ranging from plumbing building materials (red brick or light brick), plastering, and wall coverings. As a reference value for red bricks and light bricks, an analysis of the construction unit price for the Badung area is used. The purpose of this study is to clarify which wall construction method is more efficient. In terms of cost and time, you can use red brick walls or light brick walls. The research shows that the cost of construction of the impact wall of red brick is more expensive than golden brick.
