Abstract :
Dalam suatu proyek seorang owner dan kontraktor pastinya ingin menyelesaikan proyek konstruksi dari mulai tahap perencanaan hingga tahap tahap pelaksanaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Proyek Pembangunan Villa Maharaja Pererenan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Villa Maharaja Pererenan di peroleh perbandingan biaya dan waktu dari 2 metode pengecoran beton yaitu metode beton ready mix dan beton site mix. Pada pekerjaan pengecoran beton ready mix membutuhkan 18 orang tenaga kerja, dengan total biaya pada metode ini yaitu Rp 63.733.480 dengan waktu pengecoran 5 jam. Sedangkan pada pekerjaan pengecoran beton site mix membutuhkan 39 orang dengan total biaya pada metode site mix yaitu Rp 65.317.218 dengan waktu pengecoran 8 jam. Kata Kunci: Pekerjaan beton, metode ready mix, metode beton site mix biaya, waktu.
