Abstract :
The Trans Resort Bali is a luxury five-star hotel located in a heart of seminyak district. This hotel provides exceptional facilities that are admired and visited by the guests since the Trans Resort Bali is well known as its the most uniqe icon so-called white sandy beach which resembles the real white beach that is spotted inside. Recently, the Trans Resort Bali has been facing a pandemic that insists people to alter their behavior in order to prevent the outbreak of Covid-19 virus. Consequently, being a concierge at the Trans Resort Bali must maintain a good service during pandemic. There are sequences of implementing the new norm procedures conducted by a concierge.
