Abstract :
Rebuilding of saunas, namely gas-fired saunas that have a simple working
system but do not reduce the benefits they generate. This gas sauna system relies
on heat from the larvae stones which are heated by the stove, the stones which are
heated by this stove and then flushed with herbal water to produce water vapor so
that the humidity level in the room increases and the temperature in the room also
increases.
The design of this gas-fired sauna is designed to provide a 3 in 1 sensation,
namely dry sauna, steam and the aroma of spices. The first is a chilling sensation
when people want to take a dry sauna by entering the room and feeling the warmth
from the heating of the Batur larvae stones. Second, if someone wants to feel a
steam or steam sauna, when in the room, they can pour liquid spices on the larvae
stone, so that at temperatures above 1000°C it will produce hot steam or the
equivalent of 3 liters of liquid, giving a steam effect for 30 seconds where the steam
gives the effect of increasing humidity up to 1% of the existing humidity in the room,
so someone who does a sauna on their skin does not get blisters. The third sensation
is the aromatherapy of steam from liquid spices (Ginger, Clove, Vetiver and others)
which are packaged in such a way and then boiled to make a liquid, the liquid is
poured into the larvae stone to give a relaxing effect to the room by inhaling.
