Abstract :
This study aims to determine the pricing of Travel Agent Online in increasing room occupancy at the Melia Bali Bali Hotel and the effect of Online Travel Agent pricing in increasing room occupancy at the Melia Bali Bali Hotel. Data were collected by interview, observation, documentation, and literature study with the data analysis technique used, namely quantitative analysis of secondary data. As for the stages of data analysis techniques starting from the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the price and room night variables had a positive and significant effect on room occupancy rates. Meanwhile, based on the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient and determination, the influence of room prices and room night hotels in Melia Bali is very strong, namely 97.4%, and the remaining 2.6% is influenced by other factors.
