Abstract :
Productivity is a comparison between output and input, the higher the productivity, the higher the level of project accuracy and the lower the waste of costs that will occur. Where a reference is needed to determine the cost of a construction project work. The reference used is a worker unit price analysis prepared by conducting research activities on worker productivity directly in the field which aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and economy in the implementation of construction project development activities. Based on this analysis, there is a difference in the coefficient, so it is necessary to analyze the comparison of the coefficient on the unit price of productivity work in the field with the SNI unit price of work, which will later be used to determine the unit price of work on construction projects. This study aims to determine the size of the coefficient comparison based on the analysis of the unit price of SNI method work with labor productivity in the construction project of villa sayan ubud, so that the contractor can make an offer by knowing the level of labor productivity. After analyzing the Unit Price of Work in the field and SNI, the results show that the SNI Unit Price Analysis has a coefficient greater than the coefficient in the field with the smallest comparison of 6.08% and the largest of 286.08 and the price based on the SNI coefficient is more expensive than the coefficient in the field with the lowest price difference of Rp. 11,621.62 and the largest of Rp. 182,380.75.
