Abstract :
Background: Diabetes Meilitus is a metabolic disease with characteristics of hyperglycemia that results in abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin work and both. Chronic Kidney Failure sufferers are very likely to experience Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus due to impaired kidney function or suffer from diabetic nephropathy that ends in a state of renal failure. Cretinine examination can be an indicator of the course of Meilitus type 2 diabetes diseasewhich potential for kidney failure and as a control in people with type 2 meilitus diabetes who already have kidney failure.
Purpose: It is known the picture of creatinine levels in chronic kidney failure patients who have type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Hemodialysis Room of M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2022.
Method: this research is a type of descriptive research with a Cross Sectional approach, namely the approach of collecting data at once or observation at the time and observation of the study was only carried out during the study on people with type 2 diabetics who experience chronic renal failure at dr.M. Yunus Hospital Bengkulu.
Results: The results showed that the creatinine level value of all samples who experienced chronic renal failure with type 2 diabetes militus experienced abnormalities or above 1.2 mg / dl as many as 29 people (100%).
Conclusion: Based on the research that has been carried out, it is known that the creatinine level values in 29 samples were obtained, all samples had abnormal creatinine levels. One way to monitor the course of chronic kidney failure is by conducting periodic health checks.
