Abstract :
Regional Unit Cooperative (KUD) Sumber Sentosa was officially established on 5 April 1999. In addition to the scope of busness processes Unit Savings and Loans (USP) this cooperative also provides heavy equipment rental. Cooperative Sumber Sentosa currently in the administrative management or the process of savings and loans are still using convensional system, namely by taking notes in a book or microsoft excel document sheet. Saving and loan information system in village unit cooperatives (KUD) Sumber Sentosa web-based can facilitate the cooperative in managing date saving and loan such as, member data, deposit data, loan data, installment data, and member report creation, deposit report, loan report, installment report. Modeling system processes created using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) Prototype system development methods, PHP and MySQL programming languages. This system is built to assist savings and loan data, and assist members in abtoining information on deposits, loan information, and installment information, as well as facilitate the leadership in viewing or printing member reports, deposit reports, loan reports and installment reports.
