ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penghimpunan dana
dan penyaluran kredit dimasa pandemi covid-19 pada PT. Bank DKI Cabang
Matraman.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana data akan dianalisis
secara deskriptif yang berasal dari hasil wawancara, catatan dan hasil pengamatan
penulis. Catatan akan dianalisis untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang
fokus penelitian tentang efektivitas penghimpunan dana dan penyaluran kredit
dimasa pandemi covid-19 pada PT. Bank DKI Cabang Matraman. Analisis data
bertujuan untuk menggambarkan keadaan yang sebenarnya dilapangan.
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas penghimpunan dana dan
penyaluran kredit dimasa pandemi covid-19 pada PT. Bank DKI Cabang Matraman
rata-rata masih berada dalam kategotri efektif, artinya pandemi covid-19 tidak
memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap stabilitas perbankan ini bahkan nilai
realisasi yang didapatkan lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan dengan tahun sebelumnya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of fundraising and lending during
the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Bank DKI Matraman Branch.
This study uses a descriptive qualitative method where the data will be analyzed
descriptively derived from the results of interviews, notes and observations of the
author. Notes will be analyzed to systematically describe the focus of research on the
effectiveness of fundraising and lending during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT. Bank
DKI Matraman Branch. Data analysis aims to describe the actual situation in the
field.
The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of raising funds and
distributing credit during the covid-19 pandemic at PT. On average, Bank DKI
Matraman Branch is still in the effective category, meaning that the COVID-19
pandemic has not had a significant impact on banking stability, even the realization
value obtained is higher when compared to the previous year.
