Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh Belanja Langsung dan Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran (SiLPA) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Gorontalo Tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi linier berganda dengan Eviews 9.0. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pemerintahan Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Gorontalo berjumlah 6 Kabupaten/Kota Tahun 2015-2019. Sampel ditentukan dengan kriteria Laporan Realisasi APBD dan Data Pertumbuhan Ekonomi (PDRB). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentas berupa buku, jurnal dan website. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik t, uji simultan f dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) Belanja langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan (2) Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran (SiLPA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Kata Kunci : Belanja Langsung, Sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran (SiLPA), Pertumbuhan Ekonomi This study aims to determine whether the effect of Direct Expenditure and Surplus/Defisit Budget (SiLPA) on the Economic Growth of Regencies/Cities in Gorontalo Province in 2015-2019. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which is measured using a multiple linear regression based method with Eviews 9.0. The population of this study is all District/City Governments in Gorontalo Province totaling 6 Regencies/Cities in 2015-2019. The sample is determined by the criteria of the APBD Realization Report and Economic Growth Data (GRDP). Data collection techniques using the method of documentation in the form of books, journals and websites. Hypothesis testing using t statistical test, simultaneous f test and coefficient of determination. The results of the study prove that (1) Direct Expenditure has a significant effect on Economic Growth and (2) Surplus/Defisit Budget (SiLPA) has no significant effect on Economic Growth.
