Abstract :
ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Artdeco Inti Kreasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Artdeco Inti Kreasi sebanyak 99 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Random Sampling rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 50 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini analisis koefisien korelasi dan pengujian hipotesis secara parsial maupun simultan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.00. Hasil koefisien korelasi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Artdeco Inti Kreasi, sebesar 14,51% yang bersifat positif atau signifikan. Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 29,37% yang bersifat positif atau signifikan. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 21,34% yang berarti positif atau signifikan. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompesasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, diketahui diperoleh sebesar 45,83% dan berdasarkan uji F yang diperoleh nilai significance F lebih kecil dari taraf nyata ? = 0,05 atau 0,000 < 0,05. Menyimpulkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
