Abstract :
Abstract This study aims to determine the brand image, product quality, and Relationship Marketing has an influence on customer satisfaction at PT Best Fortune Indonesia. The research method used is the survey method, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The target population in this study is permanent customers of PT. Best Fortune Indonesia. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people, where the determination of the number of samples in this study used the Moe formula. The analysis technique used is the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using SPSS. Based on the results and discussion, there is a significant influence of brand image on customer satisfaction at PT. Best Fortune Indonesia; there is a significant influence of product quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Best Fortune Indonesia; there is a significant influence of Relationship Marketing on customer satisfaction at PT. Best Fortune Indonesia and simultaneously there is a significant influence of brand image, product quality, and Relationship Marketing on customer satisfaction at PT.
