Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, internal
communication and incentives on the engagement of workers at PT. Nutrindo
Jaya Abadi.
The research method used is the survey method, using a questionnaire as a
data collection tool. The population in this study were employees of PT.
Nutrindo Jaya Abadi, amounting to 151 employees. The sample used for this
study were 54 respondents' employees at PT. Nutrindo Jaya Abadi.
Based on the results and discussion shows there is a significant influence
between the variables of motivation on employee engagement variables, there
is a significant influence between internal communication variables on
employee engagement variables, there is a significant influence between
incentive variables on employee engagement variables and there is a
significant influence between motivation, communication internal, and
incentives for workers' attachment to PT. Nutrindo Jaya Abadi.
