Abstract
This study aims to determine how much influence the Return on Assets,
Debt to Equity Ratio, Interest Rates and Inflation Against the Return of Property
and Real Estate Stocks Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-
2017.This research uses associative research, quantitative approach, and counted
by the method of multiple linear regression using panel data with the Eviews 10
software program. The population in this study were 48 companies which
company property and real estate sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from
2013 to 2017 year. The sample is determined by purposive sampling, with a total
sample of 23 property and real estate companies, so that the total observation in
this study is 115. The research data used in this study are secondary data.The
results of this study indicate that simultaneous return on assets, debt to equity,
interest rates and inflation have a significant effect on property and real estate
stock returns from 2013-2017. Partially return on assets and debt to equity have a
positive effect on property and real estate stock returns from 2013-2017. While
interest rates and inflation have no significant effect on property and real estate
stock returns.
