Abstract :
ABSTRAK
How much influence leadership, career development and work discipline has
on job satisfaction of employees at the Pulogadung Area independent bank.
This research is an associative research using a quantitative approach. as
measured by multiple linear regression based methods with SPSS 24.00. This study
used a research sample consisting of 119 employees of Bank Mandiri in the
Pulogadung Area and primary data were collected through questionnaires. The
analysis technique used is the classic assumption, multiple regression, the coefficient of
deterimination with the hypothesis test F test and T test
The results showed that the leadership variable partially had a significant and
positive influence on employee job satisfaction with a value of 0.0000 < 0.05 (level of
significance). On career development variables with a value of 0.0000 < 0.05
(significant level) partially positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
And also partially work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on
employee job satisfaction. Overall, the three independent variables affect job
satisfaction of Bank Mandiri employees in the Pulugadung Region.
