Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja individual pada PT Grahacom. Penelitian ini menggunakan strategi asosiatif kausal dengan metode regresi linear yang diolah dengan menggunakan program aplikasi IBM SPSS Versi 23. Cakupan waktu penelitian bersifat deret waktu (time series) dengan sampel karyawan PT Grahacom yang menggunakan sistem. Data penelitian yang digunakan berupa data primer yang datanya diperoleh langsung dari sumber aslinya berupa kuesioner . Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterlibatan pengguna berpenaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi, sedangkan pelatihan dan pendidikan, dukungan manajemen puncak serta kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Sedangkan kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja individual. Kata Kunci : Keterlibatan Pengguna, Pelatihan dan Pendidikan, Dukungan Manajemen, Kepercayaan Pengguna, Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Kinerja Individual. This study aims to examine the factors that affect the performance of accounting information systems and their impact on individual performance at PT Grahacom. This study uses a causal associative strategy with linear regression method that is processed by using the application program of IBM SPSS Version 23. Scope of time research is time series with sample of PT Grahacom employee using system. The research data used in the form of primary data whose data obtained directly from the original source of the questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that user involvement had negative and insignificant effect on the performance of accounting information system, while training and education, top management support and trust had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information system. While the performance of accounting information systems can have a positive and significant impact on the improvement of individual performance.
