ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh audit
sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indosat
Tbk baik secara parsial maupun simultan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi berganda dengan
SPSS 24.00. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan grup customer
operation di PT. Indosat Tbk. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive
sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 responden. Data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini berupa data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan
melaui form di situs google docs. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t
dan uji f.
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) audit sumber daya manusia
berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indosat Tbk secara parsial, (2)
motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indosat Tbk secara
parsial, dan (3) audit sumber daya manusia dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Indosat Tbk secara simultan.

ABSTRAK
This study is aimed to test the effect of human resources audit and
motivation to the employee performance at PT. Indosat Tbk on partially and
simultaneous.
This research uses associative quantitative approach, which is measured
using multiple correlation analysis use SPSS 24.00. The population of this
research were all employees of customer operation group. Sample was determined
by purposive sampling method, and get 119 respondent. The data used in this
study are primary data. Data was collected by Form in google docs. Hypothesis
testing are using t & f test.
The result are (1) human resources audit has significantly effect to employee
performance at PT. Indosat Tbk on partially , (2) work motivation has
significantly effect to employee performance at PT. Indosat Tbk on partially, and
(3) human resources audit and work motivation has significantly effect to
employee performance at PT. Indosat Tbk on Simultaneous.
