Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap nilai perusahaan. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan PBV (price to book value). Variabel independen adalah Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi dan Kepemilikan Institusional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan sampel 22 perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan adalah dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi. Sedangkan variabel independen yang tidak mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan adalah kepemilikan institusional. Kata Kunci : Dewan Komisaris, Dewan Direksi, Kepemilikam Institusional, Price to Book Value This study aims to determine the effect of Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Institutional Ownership on corporate value. The dependent variable used in this study is the company value proxied by PBV (price to book value). Independent variables are Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Institutional Ownership. The data used in this study is secondary data with a sample of 22 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables that influence the value of the company are board of commissioners and board of directors. While the independent variable that does not affect the value of the company is institutional ownership.
