Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan, motivasi
dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mega Daya.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan
strategi penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah strategi asosiatif/kausalitas.
Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak
70 karyawan PT. Mega Daya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan
sampling jenuh. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji
validitas, reabilitas, koefisien determinasi secara parsial dan berganda, serta
pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan dengan menggunakan aplikasi
SPSS versi 26.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengolahan koefisien determinasi secara
parsial menyatakan variabel pengawasan berpengaruh secara signifikan
terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan sebesar. Motivasi berpengaruh secara
signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh
secara signifikan terhadap persepsi kinerja karyawan. Secara simultan
pengawasan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap
persepsi kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, motivation, and
work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Mega Daya.
The research method used in this research is quantitative with the
research strategy used by the researcher being the associative/causative
strategy. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 70
employees of PT. Mega Power. The sampling technique used was saturated
sampling. The data processing method in this study uses validity, reliability,
partial and multiple coefficients of determination, as well as partial and
simultaneous hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 26 application.
The results of this study indicate that the processing of the coefficient of
determination partially states that the (1) Supervision variable has a significant
effect on employee performance perceptions. (2) Motivation has a significant
effect on employee performance perceptions. (3) Work discipline has a
significant effect on employee performance perceptions. (4) Simultaneously
supervision, motivation, and work discipline have a significant effect on the
perception of employee performance.
