Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres
kerja terhadap self assessment kinerja karyawan melalui work from home. Metoda
yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif. Pengambilan
sampel dilakukan dengan metoda accidental random sampling.
Metoda pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan
skala likert. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 karyawan
yang bekerja di STEI Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini teknik analisis data yang
digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap
Work From Home, (2) Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Work From Home,
(3) Work From Home tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, (4) Lingkungan Kerja
berpengaruh langsung terhadap Kinerja, (5) Stres Kerja tidak berpengaruh
langsung terhadap Kinerja, (6) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung
Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja melalui Work From Home, (7) Stres Kerja
berpengaruh signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap Kinerja melalui Work
From Home.

This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and work
stress to self-assessment of employee performance through work from home. The
method used in this study is descriptive statistics. Sampling is done by accidental
random sampling method.
The data collection method uses questionnaires, measured on the Likert
scale. The population and samples in this study amounted to 59 employees
working at STEI Indonesia. In this study, the data analysis technique used is path
analysis with the help of SPSS version 25.0
The results of the study concluded (1) Work environment effect work from
home. (2) Work stress has no effect on work from home. (3) Work from home has
no effect on performance. (4) Work environment has a direct effect on
performance. (5) Work stress has no direct effect on performance, (6) There is no
indirect influence of the work environment on performance through work from
home, (7) Work stress has a significant indirect effect on performance through
work from home.
