Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prinsip Corporate Governance yang diterapkandan perannya untuk meningkatkan kinerja PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama, Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Setelah mendapatkan data, data dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Prinsip-prinsip yang digunakan yaitu Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Pertanggungjawaban, Kemandirian dan Kewajaran. Sedangkan untuk kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas dari aspek keuangan. Hasil penelitian bahwa PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama, Tbk. telah menerapkan Corporate Governance, yaitu prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi dan kewajaran dengan baik sesuai dengan prinsip Good Corporate Governance. Dengan diterapkannya prinsip Good Corporate Governance maka dapat meningkatkan kinerjaperusahaan. Kata Kunci: Good Corporate Governance, kinerja perusahaan This study aims to determine the principles of Corporate Governance applied and its role to improve the performance of PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama, Tbk. This research uses descriptive research type of case study approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. After obtaining the data, the data is analyzed by using descriptive method. The principles used are Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence and Fairness. As for the performance of the company based on profitability ratios from the financial aspect. Result of research that PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama, Tbk. has implemented Corporate Governance, namely the principles of transparCncy, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance. With the implementation of the principle of Good Corporate Governance it can improve the performance of the company. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Company performance.
