Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Profitabilitas, Invement Opportunity Set dan Free Cash Flow secara parsial dan silmutan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012 ? 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012 ? 2016. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Total 90 perusahaan ditentukan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows 23. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi melalui situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, investment opportunity set tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden, dan free cash flow berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas (ROA), Invesment Opportunity Set (IOS), Free Cash Flow (FCF), Kebijakan Dividen (DPR) This study aims to strengthen the Profitability, Invent Opportunity Set and Free Cash Flow partially and silmutan against Dividend Policy at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2016. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 - 2016. Samples collected using purposive sampling method. A total of 90 companies were determined as samples. The method of analysis of this study using multiple linear regression with the help of software SPSS for windows 23. The data used in this study is secondary data. Technique of collecting data using documentation method through IDX official website: www.idx.co.id. The result of the research shows that profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, investment opportunity set has no significant positive effect on dividend policy, and free cash flow has a significant positive effect on dividend policy.
