Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui implementasi dari strategi keberlanjutan yang dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 dan pandemi covid 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari publikasi serta dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode arsip (Archive Method). Penelitian ini mengusulkan tipologi strategi perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia dengan menggunakan Typology of Sustainability Strategy in Private Higher Educations. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh sebanyak 179 berita dan 125 jurnal yang disimpulkan ke dalam 18 strategi keberlanjutan yaitu Resource Allocated of Recyling, Environmental Issues of Product, Care of Biodiversity, Polluting Emission Into The Air, Water, and Ground, Innovation and Technology, Collaboration, Knowledge Management, Process, Purchase, Sustainability Report, Corporate Governance, Motivation and Insentives, Health and Safety, Human Capital Development, Ethical Behaviour and Human Right, No Conflict of Interest, No Corruption Activities and Awareness of Same, Corporate Citizen. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai strategi keberlanjutan yang diterapkan oleh perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia dalam menghadapi era society 5.0 dan pandemi covid 19. This study attempted to identify and determine the implementation of sustainability strategies, that being held by private universities in Indonesia in term of facing the era of society 5.0 and pandemic covid 19. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The type of data that being used in this study was a secondary data sourced from publication and gathered by Archive Method. This study proposes a typology of strategies for private universities in Indonesia using the Typology of Sustainability Strategy in Private Higher Educations. The results of this study obtained as many as 179 news and 125 journals that being concluded into 18 sustainability strategies, which follows Resource Allocated of Recyling, Environmental Issues of Product, Care of Biodiversity, Polluting Emission Into The Air, Water, and Ground, Innovation and Technology, Collaboration, Knowledge Management, Process, Purchase, Sustainability Report, Corporate Governance, Motivation and Insentives, Health and Safety, Human Capital Development, Ethical Behaviour and Human Right, No Conflict of Interest, No Corruption Activities and Awareness of Same, Corporate Citizen. This study expected to be able to provide an overview of sustainability strategies, that being held by private universities in Indonesia in term of facing the era of society 5.0 and pandemic covid 19.
