Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Adyawinsa Telecommunication And Electrical Jakarta. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah strategi kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji valitias dan reliabilitas, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, koefisien determinasi, uji T, dan uji F menggunakan software SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Secara simultan bahwa Kompetensi, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine the influence of competency, occupational safety and health, and work environment on employee work productivity of PT. Adyawinsa Telecommunication And Electrical Jakarta. The strategy used in this research are quantitative strategies with survey methods. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method, with a ttal sample of 84 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, the analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, coefficient of determination, T tes, and F test using SPSS version 24 program. The results showed that partially the Competence, Occupational Safety and Health, and the Work Environment had a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Productivity. Simultaneously that of Competence, Occupational Safety and Health, and Work Environment have a positive and insignificant influence on Employee Work Productivity
