Abstract :
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Efisiensi Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Berkelanjutan Dampak Covid-19 pada perusahaan Transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2020 ? 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan strategi deskriptif diukur menggunakan metoda analisis data panel dengan Eviews versi 10. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan sektor transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2021. Metode sampel yang digunakan purpose sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 25 perusahaan dan total observasi dari 50 laporan keuangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari situs resmi IDX: www.idx.co.id. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, (1) Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Berkelanjutan, (2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Berkelanjutan, (3) Efisiensi Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Berkelanjutan, dalam kondisi pandemi perusahaan sektor transportasi kurang beroperasi secara efisien, (4) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pertumbuhan Berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menujukan bahwa tingat pertumbuhan berkelanjutan sangat penting karena berkaitan dengan strategi yang digunakan perusahaan agar dapat mengalami pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Efisiensi Perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Tingkat Pertumbuhan Berkelanjutan ABSTRACT This study aims empirically examine the Effect of Capital Structure,Profitability,Company Efficiency,Company Size on the Sustainable Growth Rate of the Impact of Covid-19 on Transportation Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2021. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive strategy measured using the panel data analysis method with Eviews version 10. The population in this study is the transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2021. The sample method used is purpose sampling, with a sample of 25 companies and a total of 50 observations from financial statements. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained from the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id. The results of this study prove that,(1) Capital Structure has a positive and significant effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate,(2) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate,(3) Company efficiency has no negative and significant effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate, under conditions the transportation sector company is not operating efficiently,(4) Company Size has a positive and significant effect on the Sustainable Growth Rate. This research shows that the level of sustainable growth is very important because it is related to the strategies used by the company in order to experience sustainable growth.
