Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah pengaruh pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial dan struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015 ? 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif, yang diukur dengan menggunakan metoda berbasis regresi data panel dengan Eviews 11. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2018. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purpose sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan farmasi sehingga total observasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 observasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metoda dokumentasi melalu situs resmi IDX : www.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, (2) kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan, (3) struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. This study aims to examine whether the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership and capital structure on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 ? 2018. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which is measured using a panel data regression-based method with Eviews 11. The population of this study is a pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018. The sample is determined based on the purpose method. sampling, with a sample of 12 pharmaceutical companies so that the total observations in this study were 48 observations. The data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection technique uses the documentation method through the official IDX website: www.idx.co.id and the company's website. Hypothesis testing using t test. The results of this study prove that (1) institutional ownership has no significant effect on company profitability, (2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on company profitability, (3) capital structure has a significant effect on company profitability.
