Abstract :
ABSTRAK Rendahnya tingkat penghasilan membuat masyarakat sulit untuk memenuhi salah satu kebutuhan pokoknya yakni permukiman guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidupnya. pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan mengenai pembangunan perumahan dan permukiman dalam bentuk subsidi KPR/BTN bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah serta sarana dan prasarana pada rumah berfasilitas subsidi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, data diambil menggunakan metoda survey dan studi kepustakaan dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1)KPR bersubsidi ditujukan untuk kalangan menengah kebawah untuk mendapatkan rumah layak huni, (2) BTN sebagai pihak yang memberikan dana akan menindak nasabah yang berbuat curang. Kata Kunci : Sistem dan Prosedur Pemberian KPR// ABSTRACT Low levels of income make communities it is difficult to meet one's needs anyway to improve welfare settlements namely life. the Government issued a policy on the development of housing and settlements in the form of MORTGAGE subsidy/BTN for people on low incomes as well as the facilities and infrastructure at home are fully subsidized research using this type of research a descriptive qualitative approach, data was taken using the methods of survey and study of librarianship in the data collection.
