Abstract :
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kepemimpinan, Pelatihan Kerja dan Komunikasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Remaja Putus Sekolah Pada Panti Sosial Bina Remaja Tebet Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan koefisien jalur (path coefficient) dibantu dengan software WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja, pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja dan komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja remaja putus sekolah pada panti sosial bina remaja tebet jakarta selatan. This study is aimed to determine the effect of leadership, work training and communication on work spirit of adolescent out of school. The method used in this study is a sampling method with a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The method of data collection is through a questionnaire with a sample of 100 people. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and path coefficients assisted by WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicated that the leadership had an significant positive effect on work spirit, work training had an significant positive effect on work spirit and communication had an significant positive on work spirit of adolescent out of school at the tebet youth institution social institution, south jakarta.
