Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan etos kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja (pada karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk Unit Account Maintenance). Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Unit Account Maintenance yang berjumlah 33 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien determinasi menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, variabel Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dan variabel Etos Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Secara simultan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi dan Etos Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and work ethic on work productivity (for employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk Account Maintenance Unit). The strategy used in this research is a quantitative approach method. The population of this study were all employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk Account Maintenance Unit, totaling 33 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, the number of samples is 33 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that the work discipline variable had no effect on work productivity, the motivation variable had an effect on work productivity and the work ethic variable had an effect on work productivity. Simultaneously, the variables of Work Discipline, Motivation and Work Ethic together have an effect on Work Productivity.
