Abstract :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas kerja pegawai Departemen Pengadaan Strategis melalui kepuasan kerja di Bank Indonesia.
Data penelitian yang dihimpun melalui survey dengan sampel pegawai Departemen Pengadaan Strategis secara Quota Sampling, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS versi 24.0.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa komunikasi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, komunikasi tidak berpengaruh langung terhadap loyalitas kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas kerja, komunikasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and organizational cultur on employee loyalty at the Strategic Procurement Department through job satisfaction at Bank Indonesia.
The research data was collected through a survey with a sample of employees of the Strategic Procurement Department using Quota Sampling, which was then analyzed by path analysis using SPSS statistical software version 24.0.
The results showed that communication has no direct effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, communication has no direct effect on job loyalty, organizational culture has a direct effect on job loyalty, job satisfaction has a direct effect on job loyalty, and communication has a direct effect on job loyalty. through job satisfaction, organizational culture has a direct effect on job loyalty through job satisfaction.
