Abstract :
vi ABSTRAK Hal yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini yaitu peneliti ingin mengetahui nilainilai dibalik perancangan dan pandangan pelaksanaan SOP terhadap makna kerja dan implementasinya, dengan objek penelitian di PT. Fajar Mas Murni Cabang Surabaya bagian pembelian lokal dan pemilihan supplier. Dalam menganalisa nilai perancangan dan implementasi SOP tersebut, peneliti menggunakan bidang kajian sistem informasi akuntansi dengan pokok bahasan sistem dan prosedur yang nantinya akan dilakukan kegiatan refleksi dari hasil wawancara kepada pelaku kerja perusahaan. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa nilai dari bekerja bagi karyawan di PT. Fajar Mas Murni Cabang Surabaya adalah bertanggungjawab terhadap perusahaan dan keluarga, berelasi dan berkarir yang mana hal tersebut akan mempengaruhi cara berpikir seseorang. Secara tidak langsung akan mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam diri dan kebutuhan hidup dapat terpenuhi. Bagi karyawan, dalam pelaksanaan SOP berjalan dengan baik, selalu diperbarui dan mempermudah pekerjaan. Akan tetapi peneliti juga menemukan bahwa ada atau tidaknya SOP tidak terlalu berpengaruh dalam menyelesaikan masalah dalam pekerjaan. Hal tersebut bergantung kepada bagaimana cara bersikap, komitmen dan kemampuan masing-masing karyawan. Kata kunci: Nilai, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Standar Operasional dan Prosedur vii ABSTRACT Focus of this research is researcher will discover the values behind design of the SOP and preception of the SOP for through the meaning of the work and the SOP implementations, with study at PT. Fajar Mas Murni Branch of Surabaya on local purchasing and supplier selection. In the context of the design and the SOP implementations, the researcher used the study of accounting information systems with the topic of systems and procedures. The results of the analysis will demonstrate that the value of work for employees in PT. Fajar Mas Murni are responbilities to company and family, further maintain the relations and pursue the desired career which will influence the way of thingking of someone, which indirectly will develop the inner potential and their life requirements will be fufilled. For employees, the implementation of the SOP has been good, up to date and comfortable. However, the researcher also found that whether SOP is used or not, it will not necessarily solve the problems at work. Success depends more on employees having a good attitude, commitment and the necessarily skills. Keywords: Value, Accounting Information Systems, Standard Operational and Procedure
